We are happy that our "grand-pups", Gwen and George , are members of our family.  Their grand father is our Edward.  Gwen & Geroge attended puppy obedience class and passed the AKC STAR puppy test at 5 months of age.

Two other litter sisters are CH Windrift Lover Come Back " Siren" (2019 MBC WB) and DC Windrift Light My Fire JC SC "Dory "", (3 majors in conformation and ASFA pointed), both handled by breeders-owners Jon & Nancy Reimer

2020: We had planned to continue Gwen's coursing career in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 virus, we have been staying home. 4 year old Gwen is pictured above, enjoying early retirement.

2019: Gwen goes to her first show of 2019 (April 21) and wins BOS over 2 bitch specials for a 4 point GCH major, owner handled by KC. April 27 & 28, Gwen wins BOB over a special for a 4 point GCH major and a 3 point GCH major, owner handled by KC. May 5, Gwen competes in her fourth AKC trial, and earns her Senior Courser title. May 25, at the Midwest Borzoi Club specialty, she got an Award of Merit under breeder judge Barbara O'Neill (pictured below).

June 15 and 16, 2019, Gwen wins BOB both days at the Echo Hills of Troy Ohio shows, for a 4 point GCH major Saturday, and a 5 point GCH major over a special Sunday, owner handled by KC. At the OKIGO trials, August 24 & 25, Gwen wins first out 3, and second out of 2, for points towards her ASFA Field Championship. September 14, 2019 Gwen wins Best of Breed to finish her Grand Championship, with 6 majors and 5 wins over specials, owner handled all the way by KC. Gwen was ranked #10 for Conformation females, based on borzoi defeated for BOB and BOS wins 1 September 2019 to 31 December 2020.

2018: At the Logansport Indiana shows, March 10 and 11, 2018, Gwen wins BOS over 3 bitch specials for a 4 point major, and WB/BW for a 3 point major handled by KC.  March 31 and April 8, Gwen earned her Junior Courser title. April 28 & 29, Gwen won two 3 point majors to finish as a yearling with 5 majors, owner handled.  (She was only shown 3 times in the 9 - 12 month class, 3 times in 12- 18 and 8 times in the open class).  Gwen started her quest for a Grand Championship, July 27, 2018 with 1 point and a win over a special, handled by KC.  At her first coursing trial wins 9 ASFA points and a qualifying second placement, August 26. October 20 & 21, 2018 Gwen competed at her first two AKC lure coursing trials, earning two legs towards her Senior Courser title, and getting 4th place out of 10 borzoi on Sunday. At her third AKC lure coursing trial, December 28, Gwen ties for 4th place out of 10 open borzoi, earning her third Senior Courser leg.

2017: Gwen attended the BCOA specialty, May 16, 2017, winning 4th place in the 12  - 15 month futurity class.  November 17, 2017, the 19 month old Gwen won a 3 point major from the open class, at the Dayton show, handled by KC.
