Titles that go before the dog's registered name

FC = Field Champion (lure coursing title first granted by the AKC in 1992)

DC = Dual Champion (dog has earned both an AKC Conformation Champion and an AKC Field Champion)

CH or Am CH = American Kennel Club (AKC) conformation Champion

Can CH = Canadian conformation Champion

Eng CH = conformation Champion in Great Britain

Int CH = International conformation Champion (earned at FCI shows)

Jap CH = Japanese conformation Champion

Mex CH = Mexican conformation Champion

Nor CH = Norwegian conformation Champion

Swe CH = Swedish conformation Champion

Titles that go after the dog's registered name

CC = Coursing Champion (open field coursing title granted by the National Open Field Coursing Association (NOFCA))

CD = AKC obedience Companion Dog

CGC = AKC Canine Good Citizen

CM = Courser Of Merit (open field coursing title granted by the National Open Field Coursing Association (NOFCA))

FCH = Field Champion (lure coursing title first granted by the American Sighthound Field Association (ASFA) in 1973 www.asfa.org)

GRC = Gazehound Racing Champion (straight racing title granted by the Large Gazehound Racing Association www.lgra.org)

JC = Junior Courser (lure coursing title first granted by the AKC in 1991)

LCM = Lure Courser of Merit (lure coursing title first granted by the American Sighthound Field Association (ASFA) in 1977)

LCM2 = second ASFA Lure Courser of Merit title earned

LCX = Lure Courser Excellent (lure coursing title first granted by the AKC in 2000)

MC = Master Courser (lure coursing title first granted by the AKC in 1995)

NA = AKC Novice Agility

NAJ = AKC Novice Agility Jumpers

ORC = Oval Racing Champion (oval racing title granted by the National Oval Track Racing Association www.notracing.org)

RN = Rally Novice (rally title first granted by the AKC in 2005)

RA = Rally Advanced (rally title first granted by the AKC in 2005)

RE = Rally Excellent (rally title first granted by the AKC in 2005)

ROM = Registry Of Merit (title granted by the Borzoi Club of America based on the number of conformation & performance titles earned by this dog's children. See borzoiclubofamerica.org/rom.htm for details).

ROM-C = Registry Of Merit (title granted by the Borzoi Club of America based, primarily, on the number of conformation titles earned by this dog's children).

ROM-P = Registry Of Merit (title granted by the Borzoi Club of America based, primarily, on the number of performance titles earned by this dog's children).

ROMX = Registry Of Merit Excellent (same as the ROM, but requires more titles earned by this dog's children).
